Today, Darryl enjoys using his experience to help company leaders craft and deliver internal communications that engage and empower employees in a sprit where their voices are valued. Darryl consults with clients, all levels of their employees and C-Level Executives. His client base includes: Ecolab, TCF Bank, UnitedHealthCare, Parkinson’s Foundation and Cargill.
In his studies abroad in South Africa, Darryl took a trip to Robben Island and stood inside of Nelson Mandela’s prison cell, the place where Mandela spent 18 years of a 27-year sentence during the wicked grips of Apartheid.
One of Darryl’s favorite quotes comes from Nelson Mandela: “It always seems impossible until it’s done.” This has been the foundation of Darryl’s life, which embodies perseverance and a diligent spirit that welcomes rising to and conquering challenges as well as showing that in fact “I’m possible!”
