Activities for Mind, Body, & Spirit.
We offer several activities to start the day, including yoga, Zumba, mediation, and morning walks/runs. The daily schedule also includes time for you to move around and process content.
Each day concludes with a facilitated learning session that incorporates a graphic artist recording. You will also have the opportunity to be part of a profound mindful eating experience.
All attendees will receive a post-conference learning summary, tips, and ongoing support for 4 months after the conference.
