Join us for some fresh air and good vibes! Meet in the main lobby of the hotel at (5:15 or 6 am) and choose your distance from 2-5+ miles. Paces will be dependent on the group, so no one will be left behind. Walk, jog, run, or saunter…come start your day off on the (literal) right foot!

Discovering The Human Spirit: Who Are You?

energize your spirit

We often define ourselves by our bodies, health status, work, titles, education, relationships, nationality, culture, or religion. But who are you when you lose or leave any or all of those things? Hint: You are still you! So, who are you? Come learn how to identify and tap into your own unique spirit, while also learning to see our commonality with each other. We will be starting with a verbal ice breaker, listening to a short motivational talk by Deb, doing a writing activity, engaging in an activity, and ending with a short meditation.

Please note: sharing your personal thoughts and feelings is optional; it is not required! So, if your curious to discover yourself, but don’t want to disclose or discuss, this session is safe! Come as you are in any attire. Bring a pencil or pen to write with. And, come with an open heart and a curious spirit.

Slow Flow & Restore

An uplifting start to the day with gentle stretching and energizing breath work to use throughout any business day to align, enliven and stay healthy. This session includes a guided meditation and some mental skills practice that will prepare you for a great day of Fusion 2.0 learning and interacting. What better way to wake up and be energized than with dancing? Zumba is a fun-filled dance workout that is a party where you’ll groove to Latin and other world rhythms. There are no mistakes in Zumba, only accidental solos, so come boogie with this dynamic duo. It’s a great workout and smiles are guaranteed!

My Spiritual Resilience: Not Broken, Just Human

As humans, we struggle with our  “broken” pieces. We tend to only see the “broken” and not see our gifts. Are you feeling brave enough to discover the gifts? Come learn and discuss our wounds, and identify yourself as victor not victim.
