Robert Kegan, Ph.D

Tony Horton

Tony is one of today’s foremost thinkers on risk competencies and how to drive organizational change. For more than 25 years, he has helped clients reimagine the way they work by turning risk into opportunity. Tony has worked in high-risk areas of  Central Mexico, South America, Sierra Leone, and the Democratic Republic of Congo, and has successfully implemented cross-functional, outcome-based risk frameworks for large multinational companies across 5 continents.

He is also a former member of the Australian Defense Force’s One Commando Unit and is FBI-trained in kidnap prevention and hostage negotiation.

Tony uses his vast experience in the risk and safety practice for an interactive and thought-provoking keynote.
