Robert Kegan, Ph.D

For more than 25 years, he has helped clients reimagine the way they work by turning risk into opportunity. Tony has worked in high-risk areas of  Central Mexico, South America, Sierra Leone, and the Democratic Republic of Congo, and has successfully implemented cross-functional, outcome-based risk frameworks for large multinational companies across 5 continents.

He is also a former member of the Australian Defense Force’s One Commando Unit and is FBI-trained in kidnap prevention and hostage negotiation.

Tony uses his vast experience in the risk and safety practice for an interactive and thought-provoking keynote.
