Sheila is a coach and consultant, helping leaders improve their mindset, effectiveness and impact by facilitating processes that align self, leader, and organizational purpose. Her hope is that she can create meaningful experiences that inspire connections and personal development for more effective leadership and organizations. Sheila has helped individuals and organizations communicate, lead, and grow by increasing self-awareness and taking action toward change.

Rebecca Johnson is a seasoned health promotion expert with more than 20 years of experience in individual and organizational wellbeing. She has been influential in shifting the corporate wellness paradigm away from the conventional outside-in, “wellness or else” model towards a more holistic, inside-out approach. Rebecca is the founder and owner of ViDL, an organization that combines the best of organizational development and new paradigm employee well-being to create truly thriving cultures.

Bridging the gap between research and practice, Patti consults with employers on the design and evaluation of comprehensive health and wellbeing programs customized for each organization. She works in concert with other members of the MMA Benefits and Loss Prevention Team to develop strategies focused on reducing individual and workplace factors that contribute to poor Health. Patti holds a Ph.D. in Health Promotion, Education, and Behavior from the University of South Carolina’s Arnold School of Public Health, a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Virginia, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from East Carolina University.

“I’m excited to be a part of Fusion 2.0 as we learn ways to elevate the quality of people’s experiences at work; create organizations built on respect, trust and love; and use these principles to accelerate business outcomes.”
