The health and safety of all visitors to the Fusion 2.0 conference remain our top priority. As the COVID-19 pandemic evolves, so will the safety recommendations and protocols.

We expect all conference participants, including, but not limited to: attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, volunteers, vendors, and service providers — to abide by the code of conduct and COVID-19 policies in effect for the event.

We will continue to follow state, local, and venue requirements. As information about COVID-19 requirements is ever-evolving, we will continue to monitor and update policies as needed.


We reserve the right to modify the COVID-19 policies at any time, given the rapidly changing nature of the global pandemic. 

Is COVID-19 Vaccination Required?

All participants in the conference (attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, volunteers, vendors, and service providers) must be fully vaccinated, or show proof of negative PCR test taken within 72 hours of the event. 

what if i test positive for covid-19?

All conference registrants will have access to the Fusion 2.0 Virtual Event Center which will provide live feeds from the conference and access to session recordings for 90 days post-conference.



COVID testing will not be available on-site. Free COVID-19 tests will be available at a nearby testing center in Minneapolis.

Are face masks required?

Face masks are required for unvaccinated people; we encourage everyone to wear a face mask when not eating or drinking.

Millennium Minneapolis is a safe hotel that has always maintained high levels of cleanliness and hygiene. To further enhance health and safety protocols, they have introduced 10 Key Hallmarks as part of their We Clean. We Care. We Welcome. initiative.
