This conference is about bringing together multiple disciplines, putting people first, and inspiring humanity in the workplace. We strive to ensure that every facet of the event adheres to these guiding principles: humanistic, revolutionary, collaborative, uplifting, actionable, and transformative.

We’re taking the best from our inaugural 2018 conference and combining it with new and inspiring activities to create an even more transformative event. You’ll leave feeling energized, refreshed, and equipped to lead and influence positive change at your workplace.
