As a trainer and coach with CoAct Consulting, Kelly has trained more than 20,000 people to cultivate trust and build healthier work environments by tackling root causes to create lasting, meaningful shifts in behavior. Over the course of her career, she has brought her mastery of topics including cultural competency, diversity & inclusion, leadership development, and navigating controversial issues to a client base of nonprofit, government, and private sector clients.
Kelly is certified trainer with the Ken Blanchard Companies and often works with clients on Situational Leadership II, the world’s most widely used leadership model. She holds a Master of Science degree in Social Responsibility from St. Cloud State University, and has served has adjunct faculty at St. Cloud State, the University of St. Thomas, and the University of Minnesota.
