Breakout Session (45 minutes) Our goal for the breakout sessions is to introduce content and enlighten attendees on key concepts and skills needed to bring humanity to the workplace and to integrate multiple disciplines to break down silos. Presented in keynote style, attendees will leave with actionable ideas to help them impact meaningful change from the inside out and the ability to clearly articulate the benefits of the content being presented.

Learning Lab (75 minutes) Our goal for the Learning Lab sessions is to provide attendees with a hands-on, interactive experience that helps them gain knowledge, resources and skills to fuse wellbeing, human resources, safety, and organizational effectiveness in the workplace. Attendees will have the opportunity to apply the knowledge in the session; they will leave with concrete action steps to help them impact meaningful change from the inside out and the ability to clearly articulate the benefits.
Innovators Series (25 minutes) Our goal for the Innovators Series is to introduce organizations who are breaking the mold, challenging paradigms, and finding success by putting people first. Attendees will benefit from learning what works, what hasn’t, and key lessons for creating a more human workplace. If you are interested in presenting for the Innovators Series, please apply here

Fusion 2.0 is not a typical conference. The Breakout Sessions are designed to enlighten attendees on the importance of fusing the various disciplines and putting people first to support meaningful change and outcomes. We want attendees to feel each Breakout Session is transformative and actionable – and that they have a sense of direction for what’s next. Describe specifically how your session will be transformative and also what resources you plan to introduce or provide that will support attendees in learning more and applying the concepts you present.
