“Put yourself in someone else’s shoes!” This advice is so well-known because trying to understand another person’s needs, motivations, and realities is not something that often comes naturally, especially in the workplace. However, building empathy is a valuable skill that can be learned and leveraged to improve communication, increase collaboration and engagement, and deliver better products and services.
In this interactive session, we will use Design Thinking principles and a tool called Personas to teach you how to break out of your corporate mindset and view yourself, your organization and your offerings from a different perspective. You will leave with the skills and the practical resources to develop Personas that apply to your unique context.
