About the Session

Have you wondered why your DEI metrics aren't moving? Brandon Peele, the CEO Unity Lab, will share why traditional L+D, DEI, wellness and culture strategies do more harm than good, and dive deep into an emerging best practice for DEI - activating employee purpose in small diverse peer learning groups. New research reveals that purpose is linked with a 4x reduction in anxiety in diverse environments and is correlated with numerous pro-social behaviors such as compassion, generosity, and other-centeredness, and a meta-analysis of diverse learning groups revealed that 94% of the time, they reduce out-bias.
