SESSION DETAILS
Date: September 13
In 1925, Mary Van Kleeck identified three failures in most organizations: managerial connection, role context, and job security. Nearly 100 years later, Google and Re: Work shared a 2-year study on what makes teams successful — identifying psychological safety as the most critical differentiator in high-performing teams.
Last summer, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) produced the first global standard and guidelines for managing psychosocial health and safety in the workplace to foster innovation, worker commitment, retention, and team effectiveness...the U.S. is nearly a decade behind.
This session will provide participants with a simple framework for identifying hazards and creating an action plan for their organization.
