Date: September 13

About the Session

We've been through a lot of change and challenges lately, and it's been taking a toll on us mentally, emotionally, relationally, physically and professionally. One thing that is certain is that uncertainty and change will continue to show up in our lives and in our organizations, but it’s up to us to choose how we respond.

How can we equip ourselves to better respond to the uncertainties ahead and better handle challenges now and in the future? How can we continue to strengthen our mindset and our resilience amid so much change? How can we learn to accept what is, release what is keeping us stuck and receive the support and insight we need to move forward with greater confidence and courage?

Learning Objectives

  1. Understand how your brain responds to change and increasing demands.

  2. Discover a repeatable 3-step process to elevate your resilience and build your inner resources, so you can better navigate change.

  3. Learn how to find greater clarity in the midst of chaos, so you can get unstuck.
